We are currently recruiting for an ambitious Sales Executive to join our clients new exciting joint venture with reputable National Brands.
The successful candidate will report directly into the Operations Director and will be expected to convert leads into secured loans. You and the team will be expected to align their customer’s needs to the lending criteria whilst ensuring they receive efficient, accurate, and helpful advice at all times. You must be passionate with a hunger to succeed in a thriving, busy and rapidly expanding team with an ability to work to sales targets.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- For this position the successful candidate will need to have had previous sales experience with full Ce-MAP Qualification.
In addition, you must demonstrate.
- An outgoing and friendly personality
- Persuasive selling communication skills whilst offering a great service to our diverse customer base.
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Have careful decision-making abilities
- Be open to coaching and professional development
All calls with be different so you’ll have to adapt your approach accordingly. Regulatory compliance is a must, but how you walk our customers through the process, build rapport whilst highlighting the benefits is largely up to you.

Salary: Salary starting up to 30,000 – plus uncapped bonus – OTE £57,000
Working hours: Monday to Friday (35 hours per week) – which will need to be flexible to meet demands of the role.
